Terms of Service

NIP PM is an internal property management tool used by authorized Nguyen Investment Properties staff. The application provides tenant management, lease tracking, and financial record-keeping capabilities.

NIP PM is available only to authorized personnel of Nguyen Investment Properties. Access is granted at the sole discretion of system administrators and may be revoked at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

NIP PM uses Google OAuth via Auth0 for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access your Google profile name, email address, and profile photo for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

When using NIP PM, you agree to:

• Use the application only for legitimate property management purposes
• Keep tenant and financial data confidential
• Not share your account access with unauthorized individuals
• Not attempt to access data or features beyond your authorization level
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application

All data entered into NIP PM — including tenant information, lease records, and financial data — is the property of Nguyen Investment Properties. You may not export, copy, or distribute this data outside of authorized business use.

NIP PM, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Nguyen Investment Properties. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or license rights to the application beyond authorized use.

NIP PM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nguyen Investment Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NIP PM, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your access to NIP PM at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Guilford County, North Carolina.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of NIP PM after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
