When you sign in to NIP PM using Google OAuth (via Auth0), we collect the following information from your Google account:
- Name — your Google profile display name
- Email address — your Google account email
- Profile photo — your Google profile picture
We also collect data you create within the application, including tenant records, lease agreements, financial transactions, and property management notes.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the operation of NIP PM:
- Authenticating your identity and managing access
- Displaying your profile within the application
- Managing property, tenant, lease, and financial data
- Improving application functionality and user experience
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed through Supabase, which provides:
- Encryption at rest and in transit
- Row-level security policies
- Regular automated backups
Authentication is handled by Auth0 using industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocols. We do not store your Google password.
Third-Party Services
NIP PM integrates with the following third-party services to operate:
- Auth0 — authentication and identity management
- Google OAuth — single sign-on provider
- Supabase — database hosting and management
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information may only be disclosed:
- To comply with legal obligations or lawful government requests
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Nguyen Investment Properties
Access & Data Retention
NIP PM is an internal tool accessible only to authorized Nguyen Investment Properties staff. Access is granted and revoked by system administrators.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Upon account removal, your profile data will be deleted. Business records (leases, transactions) may be retained as required by law.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
